of the seven deadly sins, the eighth and worst by far is emotional blackmail ... the diligent practise of this subtle and ancient art creates a constantly evolving darwinistic moral vacuum in which the brightest new manipulative ideas and stratagems flourish ... and which only you, or i, can fill !
i once swam underwater at the bottom end of the chesil beach when the sea was almost calm ... you could hear the big pebbles knocking each other as a gentle swell washed past them

Thanks for these pebbles, which are always worth pondering. I like the way pebbles feel and how they smell and look when wet from the sea.
