i was peering through the glass and standing with my head bent over at a funny angle

the french must be bonkers

they send over these 25 kilo blocks of the best butter that money can buy, but pile them up on wooden euro-pallets which are way too small for the job.

as a consequence, the packaging on the overhang gets damaged and small fortunes are being junked
